Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online shop miniamigo.de. The provider and contractual partner is:

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the creation of customized figurines ("Miniamigos") that are handcrafted based on the customer’s preferences. Each figurine is created using images uploaded by the customer and is produced by external artists.

3. Conclusion of Contract

• By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the personalized figurine.
• A contract is formed as soon as Miniamigo confirms the order via email.
• The customer is responsible for providing all necessary information and images required for the order.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

• The prices in the shop are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (Small Business Regulation) and do not include VAT. Prices are in Euros (EUR).
• Payment methods: PayPal, Klarna, online banking, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), instant transfer, and others.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery Areas: Shipping is only available within Germany.
• Delivery Options:
  • Basic Shipping: Free of charge, delivery time 3–4 weeks.
  • Express Shipping: €9.99, delivery time 2–3 weeks. No preview or changes possible.
• Delivery time begins after full payment has been received and the required images have been provided by the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for personalized products that are manufactured according to the individual preferences of the customer. Returns or cancellations after production has begun are therefore excluded.

7. Liability

• Miniamigo is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
• Miniamigo assumes no liability for incorrect images or information provided by the customer.

8. Warranty

• Statutory warranty rights apply in the event of defects.
• Since the figurines are handmade, slight deviations in shape and color may occur. These deviations do not constitute defects.

9. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customer images are used exclusively for the creation of the figurine and may be shared with external artists for this purpose.

10. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
