Miniamigo is a company that specializes in the handmade production of individual figurines made from high-quality polymer clay. Each figurine is created according to your wishes and photos to create a unique work of art.

The ordering process is very simple:

1. Upload images: Upload photos of the head and body of the person or animal that will serve as a template for the figure.
2. Specify details: Choose the size you want and add any important details or notes.
3. Artistic implementation: Our artists start working and send you previews of the figure at different stages.
4. Changes: You can make up to three minor changes before the figure is finalized.
5. Finalization: After each phase (e.g. head without hair, body, head with hair) the figure is baked. Parts that have already been baked cannot be adjusted.

For the best quality, we recommend uploading clear, well-lit photos that clearly show the person or animal's face and body. The more detailed the photos are, the more accurately we can design your Miniamigo. Important:

1. A well-lit frontal picture of the face: This picture should show the person as they look in reality. It is our most important reference for the artist.

2. A well-lit image of the entire body: So that the artist can correctly capture the posture and details.

3. A frontal-side picture of the face: A slightly sideways angle helps capture additional details and proportions.

Here too, good lighting and a realistic depiction of the person are crucial. With these photos you will achieve the best result for your individual Miniamigo! 😊

Our bobblehead figures are 3D cartoon versions that bear a strong resemblance to the person, but with a slight cartoon effect. This effect gives the figure its unique, humorous and charming character. However, an exact copy of the facial features is not possible.

Completion usually takes 3 to 4 weeks , depending on the order situation and complexity of the design.

• Revision loops: Each adjustment extends the delivery time by 3 to 5 working days .
• Express shipping: If you choose the express shipping option, there are no revision loops and you will receive your Miniamigo in 2 to 3 weeks .

The selected size (15 cm, 18 cm, 20 cm) refers to the height of the tallest person in the figure if several people or animals are selected. All other figures (e.g. animals or additional people) are created in the appropriate proportion so that the overall picture appears harmonious and coherent.

Yes, you have three opportunities to make minor changes when we send you previews of the figure. You have 36 hours to let us know what changes you would like. If we don't hear from you, production will automatically continue.

Please note that parts of the figure that have already been baked cannot be changed.
